Does anyone really want any more corporate swag? We didn’t think so. Sure, I could have easily slapped a logo on a t-shirt. Instead, I put some customer service jokes and lines on merch, so industry professionals would see them and be like, “Hey. Where’d you get that sticker?” And that’s what makes Intercom’s booth so popular at trade shows.

We’ve seen so much success with this tactic, we’re localizing them into other languages for international shows.
